Our Care Team

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking deeper connection, healing, and emotional growth. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in empathy, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore emotions, gain insight, and build skills for lasting change.

I specialize in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Music Therapy, integrating emotional and creative expression to support clients navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and past trauma. I’m especially passionate about the connection between music and emotion, and I use music as a powerful tool to express feelings that are difficult to put into words.

I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater well-being and meaningful connection.

I work with children, teens, and adults, and I’m passionate about supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach is warm, supportive, and culturally sensitive. I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and valued, and where we can collaboratively explore challenges and develop healthy coping skills for growth and resilience.

As an intern, I receive ongoing supervision from Shakeia Brodie, LPC, CPCS, ensuring that you benefit from a collaborative team approach to your care. I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and well-being.

Graduate Counseling Intern

I work with older adolescents and adults, offering a warm, laid-back space where comfort and authenticity are encouraged. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I aim to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can explore what’s coming up for you—whether that’s life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, or experiences from your past—at your own pace.

My approach blends psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) techniques, helping us examine how past experiences influence current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also focusing on practical steps to support balance and healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I practice under the supervision of Lauren Vaughan D’Angelo, LPC, CPCS.
